MACINTOSH:
New Session: Command+N
Open Session: Command+O
New Track(s): Shift+Command+N
Start Recording: Command+Spacebar
Separate Region: Command+E
Save: Command+S
Close Session: Shift+Command+W
Quit Pro Tools: Command+Q
Within the New Tracks Box, Command+Up or Down will cycle through track types, while Command+Left or Right will cycle between Stereo and Mono
