A: This is a simple fix, but you’ll need to update to Digitranslator 2.0. Digitranslator 1.0 does not support 24-bit audio files. It will however convert a 16-bit OMF to a 24-bit Pro Tools session or vice versa by writing new audio files. Digitranslator 2.0, an optional that can be integrated directly into Pro Tools 5.1.3 and higher software does support import/export of 24-bit files.
