Warranties & Service:
When it comes to service, you'll be glad you have Sweetwater on your side. Most other music retailers don't even offer service, and merely ship your unit back to the factory. We have an on-site service department that is bigger than the service departments of most manufacturers! Our entire staff of installation technicians, operational experts, and factory-authorized service techs are ready to help you. We are factory authorized to repair the majority of the products we sell. If there's something a manufacturer insists upon repairing themselves, send it to us and we'll deal with the factory. Plus, our turnaround time is among the fastest in the industry. Of course, always remember to talk to your Sales Engineer. Their specialty is to find ways to keep you working if your gear does need repair.
