Working between 002 and Mbox; plugins inactive

I've got a 002R system in my home studio. I took a session over on a hard drive to a friends to record some overdubs on his Mbox system. He didn't have all the plugins I have and had used on the session, so they were made inactive, which is fine. Everything went great, but when I opened it back at home, all my plugins were still inactive.

How do I make them active again?
