I have a problem with launching pt. the DSI Starts to launch but tha's as far as it get's What's the problem?

I think we need more information. For starters, what is the version of ProTools you are using, and what operating system is on your computer. Also, had it been working previously, or is this the first time you are installing it on the system?

Pro tools 6.7, Imac g5 1.3.7 1.8ghz and no this has happen before, I just hard restart the computer and it works then. but when I use another program before I use pro tools it works sometimes. I had the software for 3 months now.
