Also, get some decent monitors that are halfway flat in their frequency response, and phase coherent. Most of the times I've seen an FBX or similar unit implemented, it's with crappy speakers and/or microphones. The FBX money would be better spent on better speakers and mics, and one wouldn't have to hack the EQ to death nearly as much to keep feedback under control.
