Is there a site on the net that has EQ suggestions for different situations?
I'm going to school at MediaTech Institute, and I'm just trying to be as big of a sponge to soak up info as I can.Just looking for some extra resources.
Thanks

Um. Not really. There are frequency charts available that describe which characteristics of which instruments reside in what frequency ranges. Using this, for example, if a vocal comes off as very muddy, you know to cut in the 200-400 Hz range. Also, bear in mind these are generalizations and starting points; use your ears to be the final judge.
