Every time my Macbook Pro wakes from sleep, the Fast Track Pro output (RCA --> Mixer --> KRKs) is very noisy -- it's distorted, sounds like a sizzle. I have to go into System Prefs and toggle the Sample depth between 16 and 24 bits to get the distortion to go away. This is pretty annoying to have to do every time I use the computer, does anyone have any ideas how to fix this? I'm on OS X 10.5.2, but this has been a problem on every version of the OS I've had. Thanks!
I don't think sleep mode is supported; even if a manufacturer claims to support sleep mode with their driver, it's still up to the OS to re-engage the driver properly. This is common w/ most audio devices, Mac or PC.
