I am a drummer so bear with me

I recently bought a keyrig 49 and I am very pleased with all the features and especially with the sounds it has, which are really amazing.

my problem is that, besides some minor latency which I can handle, the keys are just way too sensible, this meaning I have to hit them real hard to get the full volume and usually playing in a normal way it sounds just too weak.

Supposedly I just fix that with the velocity wheel on the keyrig software interface but it doesnīt seem to do anything.

The fact that it didnīt come with a user guide doesnīt help so if anybody knows how to make the keyrig have less sensible keys I would greatly appreciatte.
