    Radium 49 Fader Problem

Hi - new to forum. I'm currently using a Radium 49 with REAPER on an XP system. The Radium faders control the software faders perfectly, with one exception. After saving a project and working on another, if I return to the first project, all the fader settings in the software are altered to the current hardware fader settings. Thus, I have to remix. This occurs even if I zero out the Radium faders prior to reopening a project.

Anyone else had this problem - and if so any fixes for it?

    Thanks.

Sounds more like a software problem than a hardware one. I'm not very experienced with Reaper--try hunting in its options menus to find a checkbox that adjusts that. If there isn't one, look for something called soft takeover, which is where the software faders won't adjust until the Radium's reach its values (thereby avoiding any jumping).
