Pro Tools M-Powered Academic Edition question?

quick question.. is there a difference between the retial version of pro tools m-powered and the academic verison? is the academic version as capable as the regular verison?

I don't beleive the academic version supports the Command 8 control surface, or the Music Production Toolkit. Aside from those differences (and the price), they are the same.

It's available to college students, teachers, schools, churches, and non-profit organizations. Also be sure to check out the MBox educational bundle. It's available to the same group of people, and comes with an MBox and Pro Tools LE instead of M-Powered.
