    Anyone familiar with Alvarez 5086?

I ran across an Alverez 5086 in a garage sale, and I really like it. It's a shallow body acoustic electric, and has a toggle switch that channels the upper 3 strings separately from the lower 3. The only thing I can find out is that it is most likely from a wildwood series.

I have a Yairi, and I really like this Alvarez for it's comfort and size. Any spec or production info would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks so much, Russ

    5086

The catalogue i'm using calls this the 5086 Wildwood BI-PHONIC. tHE
Wildwood Series first came out in 1983.It came with a cedar cutaway
top, back and sides ovangkol, nato mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard
and bridge, gold die cast tuners with amber buttons, and the Alvarez
    Bi-Phonic pick-up system.It looks like a pretty sharp guitar.Hope
    this info helps you.
