Batch convert loads of files? WMA problem!

For reasons I don't know, Windows Media Player (All of them) doesn't add WMAs to the library. It plays them fine but doesn't find them when I add all my music to the library (by hitting F3)
So what I want to do is convert them all to flac, wav, or even just high-quality MP3 (all three of which WMP recognises)
So far I haven't been able to find anything that can do this for me, as I have a lot of WMAs in lots of folders and it would take too long to convert them all individually

If you know of any programs, free or otherwise, please tell me.

Don't tell me to use Winamp.
