Mix This!

I saw a recording mag a while back that included a cd that had individual tracks that you could fire up on your recording/mixing setup and try your hand at mixing them.

Does anyone know anything about this or have similar tracks that could be played with? (i.e. send me invidual tracks to practice mixing and then send the mixed tune back to you)

Not sure what software you used for this, but Acidplanet does something like this occasionally. They have partnered with some artists who will put pre-mixed tracks up for downloading, and let you re-mix their songs. Last time I visited they had NIN - "Only" up there. Might be worth a look, but also might be worthless if you don't use Acid.
