WENGE fretboard

I am having a Wenge fretboard put on a custom guitar. I love the feel of the wood the grip is awesome. What I'm not sure about is the tone. I know the tone of maple, rosewood and ebony.

I personally haven't heard of this wood for necks or fingerboards. I've been checking into several exotic woods recently for a guitar of my own. Please get back to us with your opinions and what you think of the sound. Thanks for posting!
