    Beginners practice: Easy MIX (wave files included)

    Hi folks!

    I know that some of you are very good at mixing, and some of us are still learning.
    Now is the chance to get some wave files, and mix them.
    It is simple;
    1 download the wave files
    2 import them in your sequencer (they all start at 'zero' so they are all in sync)
    3 apply FX, panning and volume levels.

    4 SHARE your result.

    No moaning about the song, or the way it's been played; just imagine you had this 'artist' who could only perform this.
    It is up to you to decide what to do, and what to use; I won't mind if you leave out some parts. But please no adding or re-recordings; work those tracks!

    You can download the files here:

    One example can be heard here:

    the whole point is you just drag and drop ANYTHING audio or video, it just plays, no waiting for a conversion or anything, but looking in the left media pool window will tell you the attributes of each file without you having to go mousing around

    The songs tempo is 60 BPM.

    I'm sorry for providing 'wet' guitar recordings. Due to a routing error, I accidently recorded my takes wet instead of dry. (Yes, I'm still a beginner)

    Next time I'll try to provide 'dry' tracks, and mono ones too

    BTW, keep the feedback going; it will be usefull.

    And it is nice to see some results! I'm dowloading them right now!

    Ok, here's mine.... I worked on it for a little over 2 hours last night. This was a fun tune to mix and I had some fun with the intro and the ending also.
