Well, you'll probably go from the keyboard into the computer, then from the computer out to the thru box and then to midi in on each of the three pieces of equipment. You could also go from the computer into the keyboard, out of the MIDI through on the keyboard to the in on the next module, thru to the next in etc. without using the thru box. Supposedly that can cause more delay than the thru box but that may not be noticeable with three modules.
Depending on your keyboard & sequencer, you'll probably want to turn "MIDI through" on in your software and turn local control off on your keyboard while you're recording. That way the MIDI messages go to your PC, get recorded, come back out, and activate only the (hopefully) correct sound on the correct channel on the correct device. I trust you have a mixer & amp to monitor all these boxes?
Yeah I have a Roland VS-880 Now and also an amp...but I dont know what to do....And how can I still use the internal sequencer on my board using the sounds from the module or is it impossible?.
