    plugin details

Ive got absynth up as one of my plugins in logic....

now, i want 2 tracks in the arrage page to play 2 diff sounds from the same plugin, is it possible to have 2 instances of the same plugin open?

i tried but i don't think its possible so i wanted to make sure.

so then i thought, why don't i "record" each sound individually as i go along using the bounce function, but then i did that and realized that my stereo effects were not coming through since its being recorded to one track, or at least i think thats why, how do i get around that? its not possible to maintain stereo effects through audio is it?

so, i guess the last option is to play diff sounds from the same instance that is open, and i am limited to only the sounds on that one instance for that vst, but then i have sounds from a diff patch and if i can't have more than one instance open, id have to recreate that sound from scratch because i can't copy and paste presets in absynth through diff patches.....

    any ideas?

    Thanks

    - You can with most plugins, but you can only have the one instance of the _Absynth Engine"_. That engine has eight timbres you can use.

    - You have to bounce it to a stereo track, off coarse. Every audio object has a button down to the left where you can change it from mono to stereo and vice verca. The stereo option looks allmost like "OO", but with the O's on top of/ into each other.

    - You _can_ import patches between banks in Absynth.
