Suggestions for New Motherboards that work with 324 card, AMD or P4

I have tried a ASUS a7a266 with horrible results
Do not buy this MB. It reports a PCI bandwidth problem. I tried two physically different boards, and the same result. I got to say that MOTU support has been there for me but I really resent the fact that they don't offer the 424 card as a stand alone upgrade for 324 users with problems involving newer motherboards. I take it as a slap in the face. Capitalism to the extreme! Please any suggestions on new MB that use DDR would be appreciated!
