    Eurorack 1822fx

I just picked up an Eurorack 1822fx, anyone using it ? and before i start building cables, are the subs out (1 and 2) trs plugs ? I plan on running subs out to an maudio 'in'. Then I question where do my maudio outs, and the onboard A97 card outs (for midi), go to? I assume I have to dedicate 2 stereo inputs on the board to send to mains/mons. I am curious if this 'loop' is considered stable.

I took the UB2442fx Pro out to a gig at a music conference this week end as part of a broadcast special. The pre amps sucked big time. Super weak. The routing was fine tho and yes I belive the busses are balanced TRS. You can route your m audio returns back into a stereo strip for refernce and as long as they aren't bussed to the same subs you use to record to the m audio you won't be in the loop. That way you can monitor tracks you laid and record fresh ones without interference.

Ya...super weak...I had my 01V on site thankfully to handle to the live mixes feeding the 2442...in the end all the 2442 was used for was a few large diaphram mic and CD players.

Did you get a chance to test out the mixer before you bought it?

Well I used a smaller one before, and it was clean at least. It was a little four channel thing. What usually happens is I use this stuff and as I progress, I give it to my 15 year old son
But I figured for 219 bucks...
I also have the other mixer in home studio, sheesh as well as controls in windows.
I am using this for home stuff with a couple of 'blues' mikes (look like 58's -pattern looks good), sm57s' and an at3035 (audio technica) I love that mic.
I finally got a free site on mp3 and will send out snippets of 'this is this using this' type of discriptions for the recordings.
I am trying to attack this seriously, but it's still a hobby.
I used to run the little mixer input in the
red then sent to DAW at -1 more or less, again this will be a fun, (as well as frustrating) challenge for me.
    Kepp ya posted no pun
