    what do i really need?

i have a delta 1010 and im having difficulty with it. maybe some of you delta owners can help me out. thanks in advance!!! the question is how can i make the recorded signal come out of my computer to the monitors and the headphones in the iso booth at the same time? i have achieved this but never at the same time. its like one or the other. plus when i do get the signal to the headphones in the iso booth and i'm ready and armed to record i can either only hear the previous tracks that i recorded or the instrument im' about to record. again never at the same time. sigh. is a mixer a solution? how do i go about this? thanks everyone!!

get a small mixer dude, like a little soundcraft or something. or - copy the music onto a separate track in the DAW, then bus one of them to 'bus1' and the other to 'bus2', have one bus going to the speakers and another to headphones. done

i think ill go for the mixer. tried that copying bit and it worked. but the the other problem of listening to previously recorded tracks and tracks that i'm about to record when im armed still remains. oh well. what's the best by 4 a 4 buss mixer? thanx!

Sure, a patchbay can do it...doesn't have to be custom-made...but you'd probably still be better off with a mixer or something like a Samson C Control as well...
