    G4 & Digi001 digital clicks

    My equipments:
    G4(400MHz,192Mb,50Gb)
    Digi001, ProTools 5.0 LE,
    Adaptec Toast 3.8.1, Jam 2.6
    LaCie CD-RW.
    Problems:
#1 When I bounce a mix to HD everything seems to be OK, but when I take that bounced file and burn it, I get a CD with digital clicks
#2 Sometimes when I do something to regions (normalize, compression...), I get some digital clicks
#3 Somethimes I can see (but not hear) those clicks, but when I zoom display, they are gone.

I have tried almost everything, but these problems just come and go.

I think that there might be some extension that causes it, but I donīt know what.

Digital clicks are almost invariably caused by digital clock errors. If the clicks are in the audio file itself, there's not a lot you can do to fix it except try one of the "de-clickers" on the market.

If you are getting it while bouncing, you should check to see if your sync is set to internal or external. Normally, you would have it set to Internal during a bounce unless you're going through an external D/A converter.
