Importing nuendo projects to cubase sx?

Is this possible? I have several projects in nuendo, but I'm thinking of moving to Cubase SX because of Nuendos 'lackluster' midi-sequencing...

I think i know the answer to this but i need to do this:

is it possible to export nuendo to a format compatible within Cakewalk/Sonar. I guess no problems to export a MIDI file if it is still in MIDI, but when it contains audio, is what i am referring to.

So rather than use nuendo as the audio editor, i want to use SONAR.
