What do you think as a Vocal reverb and other effects? How do the reverbs compare to the PCM91? Great forum by the way.

The PCM91 is a dedicated reverb (basically the reverb engine from the M300 mainframe with better converters and digital signal path), while the Eclipse is a multi-effect unit. I am personally a big believer in dedicated units - in every mix I do, I will want great verb on my vocals, and that's all I will use that box for. On almost every mix, I use delay on guitars, and that's all I need that box to do - if it does 300 other things, it doesn't matter to me (although I have an inordinate amount of outboard gear, and can always find something to do a little pitch shift into a rotary speaker with a slapback delay and some phase shifting if needed).
Having said that, the Eclipse does some things really well - it's obviously an incredible pitch shifter, and the vocal doubling algorithms from Eventide are second to none. The reverbs are very thick sounding, and I love them for certain guitar applications, etc., but for vocals I generally go for the Lexicon "sheen". One other great thing about Eventides is the amount of work they put into programming. Just scrolling through the several hundred presets in any Eventide unit can give you some great ideas!
What are the current effects units you have? Odds are, one or the other unit will fill a gap better than the other.
