Does anyone have any experience using CEP2 with M-Audio's 1010LT soundcard? Is there a better, similarly priced alternative?

I want to record my band and burn a CD.

My computer has this setup:

Windows 98SE
700 MHz Pentium 3
384 Meg RAM
30 Gig hard drive
