I'm curious if anyone has had success getting a gina24 to work at 24/96 under Sonar?

I get flawless performance at 24/44 with about 4-5ms latency - but I want to try 24/96. When I set it, here's what happens:

If I set up a 2 -track test and record some bogus midi data on one and then set-up a second "audio" track that could record the output from keyboard being played by the midi data - and then only "live monitor" that audio track -- It no longer plays in real time. The audio doesn't crackle or anything, the thing just won't play at full tempo. It plays very slowly and the tempo is jerky.

Now - there is no HD action going on here since I'm only "live monitoring". I have stripped everything out of my PC to ensure that there is no gremlin PCI activity to mess things up. The Gina24 has its own IRQ. I have aCPI disabled - so windows is not handling the PCI routing for me. Its at IRQ9 with nothing else.

I have the latest service pack (#2) for win2K - the latest drivers for everything (except for my video card). I have installed, removed, and re-installed the Gina card / drivers many times to no avail. Something is wrong and I'd like to know what it is.

My system is a PIII 1G - 512Ram - 60G 7200 for audio, 20G for system. I have read of others getting 24/96 performance for a small set of tracks with systems that are inferior to mine. What gives?

Thanks in advance for the help!
