COMPOSERS AND ARTISTS: If you would like to be apart of this one of a kind event in Fort Wayne, it is suggested that you register with ASCAP between now and then. It is planned that the performances will be recorded live by Sweetwater Sound or Ozone Recording for CD release in the fall or winter of 2004. ASCAP regulates royalties and you are to be sure to get your share of the profit if you are an ASCAP artist. All memberships to ASCAP must remain current in order to continue to receive royalties.

It is anticipated that all professional performers will be paid $50 per hour for performing, with 6 scheduled rehearsals at gratice. All royalites will be split evenly from any profit from CD release of the performance. High School performers will share in the CD royalties as a charitable donation to the school's Music Departments of origin. Ticket sales are in the planning stages, but are anticipated to sale at $13.00 per adult ticket, and $5.00 for children under 12. Any performer or participant who is late to or who cannot attend rehearsals will be immediately excluded from the program and all royalties, actual or implied. PAC is an expensive rehearsal hall - time is money burned.

Performers of this event are also expected to tour local venues to promote CD sales.
