Recording In True Audio

Is there a program that will record audio in TRUE AUDIO & not in another fromat such as MP3, etc?

If you mean uncompressed audio, then yes.... actually all of them do.
Even the free Audacity.

You don't want to record in mp3 because it is a lossy format that throws data away to make the file size smaller. Just set the recording format to uncompressed .wav's.
