I am trying to get my husband set up with an In Home studio but I am not sure as to what start with. He has a couple of things such as a MM6, AKAI Professional XR20, and a M-Audio Fast Track Pro. I really want to get his stuido equipment amp'd up so he can get off the ground but I am not sure what he needs to start. Could you assist me in putting something together? Is there a certain laptop or PC that is really good with this kind of stuff? He mentioned a Beats by Dre laptop last year around Christmas with stuff already built in but I have not been able to find it. Please Help!
