Blank Bounce File

Using an MBox Pro with a new MacBook Pro using the Mountain Lion OS (10.8.2). Tried bouncing a file to my desktop, but when I tried to listen to the file and when I opened it up with a simple audio editing application (Amadeus), it was blank. Is this an I/O settings issue? Perhaps I don't have the routing set up correctly? I did have to install a new driver so I could use Pro Tools with this new computer and operating system. Any advice would be appreciated?

after u choose the bounce to disk command make sure on the next page at the top the output is set to the right out put
