Fret Buzz

Well, here's my situation. I have an Ibanez Artcore As73 semi-hollow body, and I am getting fret buzz. I was getting fret buzz before I set it up, and I'm still getting fret buzz after I set it up. It happens on all strings except the high e. And, it starts around the 6th fret and only gets worse as I go up the neck in pitch. I've tried giving the neck more of a concave curve; didn't work. I tried raising the action at the bridge; didn't work. Any suggestions?

My best advice would be to take the guitar to a reputable tech. If you've tried all of those remedies and still aren't getting the desired results, it might be beyond the scope of your (mine too ) ability. If the nut slots are cut too low, it would need to be replaced before anything would help. You might have a few frets that are just a bit high, which would require a fret dress/leveling. You won't be able to deal with that easily. I consider myself reasonably experienced in setting up guitars...but if I'd have worked the guitar over as you have and it's still not getting there...I'd punt to a reputable tech.
