Extensions for Mac

Is there a recommended extensions set for running pro tools LE on a mac? I would like to find out if there are any extensions that should defintely be turned off! To avoid any problems later on. I don't want to change extensions sets all the time if i want to send a few emails or go on the internet though, so is there a happy medium?

Man, I wish I could recommend something. Have you checked the tech support pages at DigiDesign? or even their DUC (Digi User Conference)? I just tried to search their PTLE section, bu the search engine must not be working.
