    Cajon with pedals

I'm a percussionist that owns a Meinl cajon with pickup. I currently run a Boss ME-70, but really find myself primarily only using the built in EQ with some wah and delay at times. It really helps change up the tone. I've been told that possibly a vocal processor would be the way to go with it. Any suggestions on what pedals may be good to try with it? I'm open to any suggestions of anyone that might be thinking outside the box.

    Get one with a looper

I would go with a processor with a looper. I do solo gigs with an acoustic guitar and a cajon. I would use the Cajon (a Kopf S-Series) with a Digitech RP355 to lay down a loop. Then I would start with the guitar. Get a few layers going and it can get pretty amazing once you get the hang of it.
