If I buy a VOXAGA70 amp with built in D.I. does that eliminate the need for a Fishman Spectrum D.I. or L.R. Bags Venue D.I.?

Yes, in the sense of you otherwise needing a D.I. box to connect directly into a PA system. The AGA70 has an XLR line output suitable for connecting to a PA system.
