I sing in a church choir and we are going on an overseas tour next week, was hoping to get some advice on recording the services while we are over there. I am taking my apogee MiC and ipad2. I will be able to have someone monitor the gain on the apogee in the pews. My question is does anyone use an app that can be record with the screen off and also can convert the audio to mp3 later on and cut the tracks.i was hoping to be able to start the recording, sleep the screen and set the apogee on top of the iPad with the in tripod. Autogain on the app side would be really nice too but I donT know if this is possible. This will be my first time using this setup, do you think I need anything else? Like a pop filter for instance? Thanks
