Is there any way to create pure digital tones that match this recording of a horn?

Perhaps as a MIDI file? If so, how would I go about it? If it isn't possible to make e.g. a MIDI file sound exactly like the horn in that recording, can the recording be cleaned up so that only the tones of the horn are audible?

Edit: I tried posting a reply but it didn't show up. So, with regard to clean recordings of dixie horns already available on the internet, none of them that I have found (including the one linked to in the post below) sound right. The idea, like I said above, is to generate a recording or MIDI file that sounds exactly like the WAV that I attached, minus the background noise.

There are a ton of "Dukes of Hazard" horn .wavs on the web.

    Here's a cleaner one: http://lilith.rigsofrods.com//hornstart.wav

Thanks, but I've already downloaded that and various others off the internet and none of them sound right. I want a recording or MIDI file that sounds exactly like the WAV I attached, minus the background noise.

If none of your samples quite sound the way you like, i would suggest re-amping them and re-recording them after you manipulte it until your desired sound is heard, then bring it back into your DAW. you will get a pure digital tone. I suggest using ProTools and one of the inputs on it to get the sound you want. And cleaning it up with a 7-band EQ should help you cut problem frequencies.
