Selling Hardware/Software combos... how do I do it?

So I recently finally decided on the type of music I wanted to compose and I'm looking to sell my NI maschine and Novation Launchpad WITH the live launchpad edition software. Only problem is, I don't know how to do this. Can I unregister live lite and the maschine software so that I can sell them on ebay? Don't get me wrong these are both great devices, they just don't fit into my workflow.

In the user area of NI's website you can de-activate machines. Look there.

Thanks, you wouldn't have any idea how to unregister Live Lite would you?
