Looking for a company that does final mix down etc.

I looking outfits that offer services on final mix downs and other production services. Can anyone steer me to any companys that do this? Anyone use any of these services? Pros - Cons?

I have a question since I seem to be a little confused. What is the difference between Mixing or mix down and mastering? I'm looking for someone that can take the wave or aiff files I have of individual tracks(vocal instrumental, harmony, solo instruments, etc) for each song and get them ready for reproduction. Does that sound right?
