Hi Matkom,
Welcome to Audio Forums. I'm moving your post to a forum where it will get a little more attention. This forum is really just intended for topics related to acoustics and studio design. Please check the list of available forums before you post to make sure you're posting in the forum where your topic will get the attention it deserves.
I'd also call your attention to the "Frequently Asked Questions" forum, where you'll find a thread that covers this very topic. The short answer is that there is no "best" audio card. What's best for you depends on your application, and may very well not be a card at all, but an audio interface that resides outside your computer.
What's your plan for this? How will you use it? How many inputs and outputs do you need? What software will you be using? What are you connecting it to? Do you need low-latency monitor mixing or DSP? And even though you said money is no problem, what is your price range? My experience is that people always have an upper limit.
