I have a KN1400 Keyboard,it has now developed a very loud on the A & F Keys, This morning when I turned it on the is no sound on every 2nd key being C, E, G, etc That is both sides of the keyboard, I have read the manuals looking for a factory reset but cannot find how to do this the manual states to hold down the ENTER key while turning the keyboard power on, however I cannot find an enter key. Please can somene help me as I am getting very frustrated with it
