    Question Volume problem

I'm wondering if you could advise me on this.

Greetings After completing my mixdown, mastering and burning to a CD on my 2488 Neo, when I play the CD on my personal CD player I have to turn the volume control to maximum to hear the recording. What have I done wrong? If I put the CD back in the 2488 the volume is perfect. Any advise?

    Thank you

You haven't done anything wrong at all per se. You haven't mastered the track yet. Mastering is where you will do your final tweaks to the mix using eq and boost the level up to where most commercial CDs are using a brick wall limiter. You can find this in the mastering section of the 2488.
