mbox2pro and windows 7 compatability

hi, looking for help. after upgrading to windows 7 my computer sees my mbox2pro but the asio doesn't work. I use propellerhead reason and haven't had a problem like this before when I used XP. In the audio prefs section, i can select mme, and dx outputs but the asio comes up with a red x beside it. I need to know a) if anyone has this problem and how you fixed it and b) what outboard audio interface do you folks have success with? I really want to get away from the AVID b.s. and have no need to stick with this interface as I don't like using protools.

Win7 32 or 64?

You should probably search for updated drivers, uninstall, and reinstall current drivers.

If you're using 64-bit, you will need new drivers for sure.
