Pro Tools HD Native

Hello everyone..

It is a stupid question, I know, but I hope someone can help me out!!

Here at sweetwater there is this pack for sale: " Avid Pro Tools|HD Native (Core + HD I/O 16x16 Analog) "... It costs almost 8k... I just want to know if it comes with Pro Tools HD 10 Software, because on the announcement, it doesnt say that this pak comes with the software...

And, if it doesnt come with the software, how can I buy it ?
I have never used pro tools HD before, and the softwares avaible, here at sweetwater, are upgrades from pior versions...
