Maximum Ram can run in 64 Bit XT

I'm seriously looking at the Creation XT 64bit rack for my studio to run Pro tools 9 native...I'm needing to know if I would be able to install the max 24g of ram in this cpu. Or would it require further mod?

I'm also looking at the card which allows for 3 monitors, I would be able to install this myself, physical dimension allowing right?

The current motherboard will support 24GB physically.
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit supports 16GB.

If you want to run the full 24GB, you can buy a Home Premium to Ultimate upgrade.

Thanks for the response...I'm also looking at adding 1 maybe 2 UAD2 cards, will therbe enough expansion slots for this along with my MOTU2408mk3? Also what about firewire, didn't see it in the specs.
