    firewire to usb adapter

    Hi i need a firewire to usb adapter for my hp laptop.
    what a good usb adapter?, for my profire 2626.
    i think my profire 2626 firewire is a 6 pin

    my laptop haves
    3 usb ports.
    1 ethernet
    compact flash card reader
    cd drive
    windows 7 64 bit

    No you cant do that.

    Do you have a pcmcia or Expresscard slot? You CAN get a firewire card for those.

    Your other option is to sell the soundcard and get a usb one.
