Unhappy Questions on Yamaha MO6 auto accompaniment

I just purchased a MO6 and am having a hard time figuring out how to do some things. With my former Yamaha PSR-E413 I could select a "style" and use the auto accompaniment feature and the accompaniment would follow along with my cord changes. How can I do this with the MO6? I am just wanting a little beat and rhythm and bass to follow along. I can find nothing on this keyboard that functions the same way as an auto accompaniment. Thanks!

The Yamaha MO6 is a workstation... not an arranger. It offers a large variety of arpeggiators, but won't have arranger features such as intros, fills and song endings.

The manual will explain the arp features.

Thanks, Synthologist. I wish I would have known before I bought it.

That's why I research all gear before purchase--and audition it if I can at a local music store.

Beats and bass lines are well within the finite possibilities of the MO . Making music is mo fun .

That's true, but a little advanced for me right now. I just want to turn it on and play it like an organ.

It takes time to learn how to use any decent musical instrument.

    Yamaha Mo6 accompaniment

I too have a MO6 because I play live and like having the sliders to volume up and down various instruments during a song. I would like to do auto accompaniment like an arranger workstation and I see the arrpegio function probably makes this possible. But I haven't figured out how yet. Would you like to write a description of how to use MO6 with accompaniment using built in capability with minimal programming?
