    No Internet Sound?

    Pardon this elementary question, but I just received my CS (newbie) and am looking to view many of the online tutorials to get started. However, I can not hear the streaming videos on my CS. I don't need anything fancy, just looking for basic internet sound. Despite running a simple cord from the CD audio out to my computer speakers, I can't seem to get any audio. What am I doing wrong? THX

    Contact our tech support at 1.800.222.4700 x 6400 and they can help sort this out.
    It may be that your system is trying to use the wrong audio device. (onboard vs. studio interface)
