I've read lots of reviews on the Fender Frontman212R most are very good. There seems to be some concern about using pedals. I have a Boss Me-20 that I use on my Peavey today, anyone have any experience using the frontman with the Boss or pedals in general?

I own a Frontman, I have occasionally used it with a boss multi effects pedal and never noticed any issues. I often use it with a Turbo Rat Distortion pedal which sounds pretty good. The amp itself is all-right not the best but not terrible. Its a little to trebley in my opinion. I'd say its a good deal if you can get it for $200 or under, any more than that and youd be better off finding a mid-higher quality tube combo like the vox ac-15.
