I have a new DR-880 on which I am programming a pattern for the first time. However I can not find a way program a dotted quarter note for example. I had a DR-5 previosly which allowed this via the tie-notes function key. The DR-880 doesn't have the tie function and the note quantization in step-progr mode goes from quarter note to whole note. How are you supposed to program a half note (or dotted quarter) without those picks in the quantization or without the tie function? - Thx- Bill
