HELP! Motu 8pre displays "UP". How do i reset my device?

Hi everybody, i found this forum on the net while looking for motu users like me and i'm very happy to be one of you now

Yesterday i've had this strange problem, which i couldn't solve in any way!!

After correctly installing the new firmware for my motu 8pre, my device keeps displaying "UP" on the main LED. What should i do to solve this? How do i reset my device to factory defaults settings?

I use Windows Vista, and i've never experienced this problem before..

If you push in the volume knob on the front and hold it you will see a "D?" Then click the volume button one more time. This resets the unit to factory defaults.
